  • Cook half garlic in EVOO. Add coriander and lamb; brown. Transfer to bowl; leave 1 tbsp. fat in pan; brown rest of garlic. Add spinach to wilt. Stir 1/4 cup yogurt into meat; season. Serve lamb on spinach; top with more yogurt and paprika.
