Ingredients

  • 4 cups (packed) chopped stemmed Swiss chard leaves
  • 2 cups diced ripe pears
  • 2 large ripe kiwis, peeled and diced
  • 1 3/4 cups crushed ice
  • 1/2 cup white grape juice
  • 2 tsp. honey
  • 2 pinches salt

Preparation

In blender, puree chard, pears, kiwis, ice, grape juice, honey and salt.
