  • 4 kiwis, peeled and sliced
  • 7 ounces marshmallow cream
  • 1 cup heavy cream


In food processor, puree three-quarters of the kiwis. Add next 2 ingredients; pulse to mix, then process until just smooth, about 30 seconds. Scrape into bowl. Press plastic wrap onto surface; freeze until firm, about 3 hours. Serve with reserved kiwi slices.
