An upgrade to a store-bought pie will make your day even sweeter!
Using a 2 1/2-inch biscuit cutter, cut 4 rounds from half a 9-inch Key lime pie. Chop scraps; set aside. In each of 4 wide-rimmed 8-oz. glasses, layer 1/4 cup coconut yogurt, 1 pie round, 2 tbsp. toasted coconut flakes, another 1/4 cup coconut yogurt and 2 tbsp. toasted chopped pistachios. Top with pie scraps.
