  • In largebowl, whisk 3 tbsp. EVOO with vinegar and sugar. Massage with kale and onion; season. Make a sandwich with bread, mustard and cheese; brush with EVOO. In skillet, cook over medium heat until golden on both sides. Cut sandwich into squares and sprinkle on salad.
