Ingredients

  • 1 small bunch curly kale, trimmed and torn
  • 1/2 cup EVOO
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan
  • 1/2 cup toasted walnuts
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 pound cooked fettucine
  • 3/4 cup heavy cream

Preparation

Blanch kale in boiling salted water 1 minute. Rinse in cold water; squeeze dry. In food processor, puree with next 5 ingredients. Toss with pasta and cream; season.
