Kale, Pear & Sesame Salad

Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons finely grated ginger
- 3/4 teaspoon minced Serrano chile
- 1 bunch kale, stemmed and chopped
- 1 pear, quartered and thinly sliced
- 1 1/2 tablespoons white sesame seeds
Preparation
In bowl, whisk first 6 ingredients; season. Add kale, rub with dressing until tender and season. Toss in pears; top with sesame seeds.
