3 oz. Irish whiskey
2 oz. apple brandy (such as Calvados or applejack)
1 oz. fresh lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
1 bottle (12 oz.) hard cider, chilled
2 apple slices
Divide the whiskey, brandy, and lemon juice between 2 tall glasses filled with ice; stir. Top with the cider and garnish with the apple slices.
