Ingredients

  • 1/2 lb. pizza dough, at room temperature
  • 3/4 cup of Heluva Good! French Onion dip
  • 8 slices thick cut bacon
  • 1 cup halved grape tomatoes
  • 1-2 cups shredded romaine lettuce
  • 1 tsp. thyme
  • 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes (optional)
  • Olive oil (for drizzling)

Preparation

Cut thick bacon into 1 inch pieces. Cook until bacon is crispy, then set aside. Preheat your oven to 450˚F. On a lightly floured cool surface, roll out the pizza dough thinly. Carefully transfer the dough to a lightly greased baking sheet. Drizzle the dough with olive oil and thyme. Bake the dough for 10 to 12 minutes or until it appears golden. Once your flatbread is cooled, spread Heluva Good! French Onion dip evenly and top with shredded romaine lettuce, halved grape tomatoes, and crispy bacon pieces.
