Jamaican Beef Patty Burgers
These tropical burgers pair well with a porch on a sunny day.

Ingredients
1 mango, finely chopped
1 red bell pepper, finely chopped
1 habanero chile, seeded and finely chopped
2 tsp. lime zest, plus 2 tbsp. juice (from 2 limes)
2 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. Jamaican jerk seasoning
3 cloves garlic, grated
1/2 cup mayonnaise
6 burger buns
Thinly sliced red onion and shredded romaine lettuce, for topping
Preparation
In bowl, stir first 4 ingredients; season mango relish. In another bowl, mix beef, jerk seasoning, and garlic; season. Form into 6 patties. Grill over medium-high heat to desired doneness, about 3 minutes per side for medium. Spread mayonnaise on buns. Build burgers with buns, patties, mango relish, onion, and lettuce.
