  • 6 hard-boiled eggs, cut crosswise
  • 3 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons whipped cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon seeded and minced jalapeno
  • 12 thin jalapeno slices


Gently pop out egg yolks. In bowl, mash yolks with next 3 ingredients; season. Gently refill the egg whites and top with jalapeno slices.
