- 1 cup white wine
- 1 5 ounce bottle jalapeno hot sauce
- 1/2 cup warm bacon drippings or EVOO
- 3 teaspoons orange zest
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1 1 1/2 pound pork tenderloin
In bowl, combine first 5 ingredients. Add pork; let marinate in fridge 30 minutes. Pat dry, brush with EVOO and season with salt and pepper before grilling.
