Irish Beef Stew

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds hanger steak, cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 bottle (11.2 oz.) Guinness stout
- 1 1/4 cups tomato sauce
- 2 teaspoons chopped rosemary
- 1 cup frozen peas
- Crusty bread
Preparation
In pot, brown meat and onion in oil over medium-high, stirring occasionally, 8 minutes. Add next 3 ingredients; bring to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer until meat is tender, 15 minutes. Stir in peas; season. Serve with bread.
