Indian-Spiced Salmon & Rice

  • 4 salmon fillets (5 to 6 oz. each)
  • Olive oil
  • 1 1/4 teaspoons garam masala
  • 4 cups Green Pilaf, warmed
  • Fresh cilantro leaves
  • Lemon wedges


Preheat the oven to 450 degrees . On a baking sheet, brush the salmon all over with oil. Sprinkle with the garam masala; season with salt and pepper. Bake until opaque in the center, about 7 minutes. Serve the salmon with the pilaf, cilantro and lemon wedges.
