Start to Finish: 20 minutes
- 8 extra-large strawberries, hulled and halved lengthwise
- 2 large unpeeled dragon fruits, cut into 1/2-inch-thick slices
- 1/2 large watermelon or 1 mini watermelon, cut into 3/4-inch-thick slices
Using a 1 1/2-inch heart-shaped cookie cutter, cut out the strawberries. Using a medium-size heart cutter, cut out the dragon fruit. Using a large heart cutter, cut out the watermelon. Arrange the watermelon on a platter. Top with the dragon fruit and strawberries.
Tip: Freeze any leftover fruit scraps and add them to smoothies.
