  • In food processor, puree chickpeas, lemon juice and garlic. With machine running, stream in 1/3 cup oil; season. Transfer hummus to wide bowl. Top with coriander seeds, feta and mint; season. Drizzle with oil. Serve with pita chips or fresh veggies.
