- 6 jalapenos
- Roasted red bell pepper, finely diced
Slice jalapenos in half lengthwise; scoop out ribs and seeds. In a grill pan, cook jalapenos over medium-high, turning once, until crisp-tender, 6 to 7 minutes. Let cool. Spoon or pipe 2 tsp. hummus into each half. Top with 1/4 tsp. finely diced roasted red bell pepper.
