Ingredients

  • 2 cans (15 oz. each) rinsed chickpeas, reserve a few for garnish
  • 1/2 tahini
  • 1 fresh lemon juice
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 water
  • EVOO
  • Chopped parsley

Preparation

In food processor, puree chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic and water; season. Transfer to a bowl and top with EVOO, a few chickpeas and parsley.
