Hot Dog Rice Bowls

Ingredients
- 4 cloves garlic, chopped
- 3 tablespoons oil
- 4 hot dogs, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper
- 2 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 4 eggs
- 4 cups cooked rice
Preparation
Brown garlic in 2 tbsp. oil; remove. Cook hot dogs until golden. Add onion; cook to soften. Add pepper, soy sauce and 1/4 cup water; reduce. Fry eggs in 1 tbsp. oil. Top rice with hot dog mixture, eggs and garlic.
