Hot Buttered Rum

  • 2 tablespoons room-temp salted butter
  • 1 tablespoon dark brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 2 ounces dark rum
  • 12 ounces hot apple cider


In bowl, whip butter, brown sugar and pie spice; chill until firm. Divide butter mixture and rum between 2 mugs; stir in hot cider.
