  • Lemon sorbet
  • Fresh basil, chopped

Preparation

Slice honeydew into 1/2-inch-thick rectangles. Mix lemon sorbet and chopped basil. Spread on half the melon; top with remaining melon, forming sandwiches. Serve immediately or wrap and freeze.
