- 1 1/2 pounds skinless, boneless chicken breast, pounded thin
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/4 cup honey mustard
- 1 teaspoon coarse salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cayenne
Combine all in a plastic bag; shake to coat. Grill over medium, 4 to 6 minutes per side. Serve hot or in a sandwich.
