Holy Mole Meatballs

  • Meatballs in Tomato Sauce
  • 3 ounces chopped dark chocolate
  • 3 tablespoons chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
  • Hot sauce
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Warmed tortillas


After browning the classic meatballs, add the marinara to the skillet and stir in 3 oz. chopped dark chocolate, 3 tbsp. chili powder and 1/2 tsp. ground allspice. Top with hot sauce and cilantro; serve with warmed tortillas and salad.
