Hibiscus Kir Royale

Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup dried hibiscus, plus more for garnish
- 16 oz. Champagne, chilled
- 1 oz. fresh lemon juice
Preparation
In small saucepan, bring sugar and 1/2 cup water to a boil over high, stirring until sugar dissolves. Add 1/2 cup hibiscus. Remove from heat and let steep for 10 minutes; strain. Divide Champagne, hibiscus syrup, and lemon juice among 4 flute glasses; garnish.
