- 6 tbsp. butter, at room temperature
- 2 cloves garlic, grated
- 1 tbsp. finely chopped fresh oregano, basil, or thyme
- One 24-inch baguette, split horizontally
In bowl, mix butter, garlic, and herbs; season. Spread on cut sides of baguette. Sprinkle with paprika. Wrap in foil and bake at 425° until hot, about 10 minutes. Uncover and bake until crisp on the outside, 3 to 5 minutes. Cut into 3-inch pieces.
