Healthy Bearnaise
Ingredients
- 3 tablespoons canola mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon
- 1 tablespoon chopped shallot
- 1 teaspoon tarragon vinegar
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
Preparation
In a small bowl, whisk the mayo, tarragon, shallot, vinegar, 2 tsp. water, 1/8 tsp. salt and 1/8 tsp. pepper. Whisk in the butter.
