Hawaiian Pork Burgers

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups chopped pineapple
- 1/3 cup sliced scallions
- 1 tablespoon minced red jalapeño
- 1 pound ground pork
- 2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce
- 2 tablespoons minced ginger
- 4 burger buns
Preparation
In bowl, mix first 3 ingredients. In another bowl, mix next 3 ingredients; shape into 4 patties. In nonstick skillet, cook patties over medium-high, 4 minutes per side. Fill buns with patties and relish.
