Ham & Cheese Crepes

Ingredients
- 4 thawed frozen crepes
- 4 teaspoons butter, softened
- 4 slices ham
- 4 teaspoons mustard
- 1/2 cup grated gruyere
Preparation
Preheat oven to 300 degrees . Spread crepes with butter. Divide ham among crepes; top with mustard. Sprinkle with cheese. Fold in half; put on parchment-lined baking sheet. Bake 5 minutes. Fold in half again.
