Grilled Turkey Sammies

Ingredients
- 1 1/4 pounds turkey cutlets
- 3 yellow squash, sliced lengthwise
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh dill
- 1 shallot, minced
- 1 1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 4 slices toast
Preparation
Brush turkey and squash with 5 tbsp. oil; season and grill over medium, 2 to 3 minutes per side. In bowl, mix dill, shallot, juice and 3 tbsp. oil; season. Top toast with sliced turkey, squash and sauce.
