Grilled Steak with Avocado Salsa Verde

Ingredients
- 8 tomatillos, husked and rinsed
- 1 jalapeño
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1/2 cup chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
- 1 tbsp. fresh lime juice
- 1 1/2 lbs. flank steak
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
Grill tomatillos and jalapeño over medium-high until charred, 12 to 15 minutes. Chop jalapeño. In bowl, mash tomatillos. Stir in jalapeño, avocado, cilantro, garlic and lime juice; season. Brush steak with oil; season. Grill over high, 4 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let rest 10 minutes; slice. Serve with salsa.
