  • Rub steak with lime juice, cumin, 1/2 tsp. salt and 1/2 tsp. pepper. Marinate in the refrigerator 2 hours. Preheat grill over medium-high. Grill steak 2 to 3 minutes per side for medium-rare. Let rest 10 minutes before slicing thinly against the grain.
