Grilled Soy-Glazed Chicken Wings

The slightly sweet, slightly tangy glaze on these wings will keep you going back for more.

Grilled Soy-Glazed Chicken Wings

  • 1 1/4 lb. chicken wings, flats separated from drumettes

  • 1 peach—pitted, peeled, and chopped

  • 1/3 cup peach or orange juice

  • 3 tbsp. soy sauce

  • 2 tbsp. white wine vinegar

  • 4 1/2 tsp. honey

  • 2 Fresno chiles—1 stemmed and seeded; and 1 sliced for garnish

  • 1 clove garlic, chopped

  • 2 tbsp. butter


Season wings; grill over medium-high heat until cooked through, 5 to 6 minutes per side. In food processor, puree peach, peach juice, soy sauce, vinegar, honey, seeded chile, and garlic. Transfer to large saucepan. Bring sauce to boil. Stir in butter. Toss wings in sauce. Garnish with sliced chile.
