- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3/4 teaspoon hot smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 pounds boneless beef short ribs
Preheat grill to medium. In bowl, mix brown sugar, soy sauce, oil, garlic, paprika and salt. Rub all over ribs; let sit 10 minutes. Grill on all sides, about 15 minutes for medium-rare. Let sit 10 minutes before thinly slicing.
