  • Preheat grill to medium. In bowl, mix brown sugar, soy sauce, oil, garlic, paprika and salt. Rub all over ribs; let sit 10 minutes. Grill on all sides, about 15 minutes for medium-rare. Let sit 10 minutes before thinly slicing.
