Grilled Sausages with Fennel Slaw

Ingredients
- 1 small fennel bulb, thinly sliced or shaved
- 1/2 small white onion, thinly sliced
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons capers
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- Dijon mustard
- 4 French rolls, toasted
- 4 Italian sausages, grilled
Preparation
In bowl, toss first 6 ingredients; season. Spread mustard on rolls. Add sausages, then top with slaw.
