Grilled Pork Chops & Peppers
Put a little pep in your step! This is a simple yet flavorful grilled dinner you'll turn to again and again.
Ingredients
3 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. fennel seeds, crushed
1 tbsp. finely chopped garlic
2 tsp. lemon zest
1 tsp. chopped fresh rosemary
12 baby bell peppers
4 bone-in pork chops (10 to 12 oz. each)
Preparation
In large bowl, mix first 5 ingredients; season generously. Add bell peppers; turn until coated. Transfer to plate. Add pork to bowl; turn until coated. Grill over high heat, turning often, until bell peppers are charred in spots and pork is cooked through, about 5 minutes per side.
