  • In small pan, boil apple juice, vinegar, and jelly until reduced to 1/2 cup, about 15 minutes; season glaze. Brush cut sides of radicchio with oil; season. Grill over medium heat, 2 minutes per cut side. Drizzle with glaze. Top with cheese.
