Grilled Cantaloupe Brulee

Ingredients
- Cantaloupe
- Butter, melted
- Dark brown sugar
- Pinch sea salt
- Fresh lime juice
Preparation
Cut 2-inch-thick slabs from each of the long sides of a cantaloupe. Brush cut sides with melted butter. Grill over medium-high, cut side down, rotating once, until charred, about 5 minutes. Flip; sprinkle with dark brown sugar and a pinch sea salt. Cover and grill until sugar melts, about 3 minutes. Sprinkle with fresh lime juice.
