- 1 cup frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup fresh or frozen peeled mango slices
- 3/4 cup unsweetened almond, soy or coconut milk
- 1/2 cup tightly packed stemmed lacinato (dinosaur) kale
- 1/2 large ripe banana, peeled and sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh mint leaves
In a blender, puree pineapple, mango, milk, kale, banana, and mint leaves until smooth.
