- 2 medium Green Zebra tomatoes
- 1 1/2 ounces fresh lime juice
- 1 1/2 ounces agave
- 10 fresh mint leaves
- 1 1/2 ounces water
- 4 ounces cachaca or white rum
- Mint sprigs, for garnish
In a cocktail shaker, using a muddler or the handle of a wooden spoon, mash tomatoes with lime juice, agave, mint leaves and water. Add cachaca or white rum and fill with ice. Cover and shake vigorously. Strain into 2 ice-filled glasses. Repeat. Garnish with mint sprigs.
