Ingredients

  • 1 sliced frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen greens (such as kale or spinach)
  • 1 peeled and pitted avocado
  • 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • Goji berries
  • Toasted pepitas
  • Fresh or frozen blackberries

Preparation

In a blender, puree 1 sliced frozen banana, 1 cup frozen greens (such as kale or spinach), 1 peeled and pitted avocado, 2 tbsp. fresh lime juice and 1 cup coconut milk. Top with goji berries, toasted pepitas and fresh or frozen blackberries.

Note: Goji berries taste like raisins and are a rich source of immunity-boosting vitamins A, C and E.
