Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
  • 3 cups chopped mixed greens (such as rainbow chard, kale, and collard greens), center stalks thinly sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 2 cups leftover rice
  • Chili-garlic sauce

Preparation

In a medium skillet, heat 2 tbsp. vegetable oil over medium. Add mixed greens and garlic and stir-fry until cooked and browned in spots, 3 to 5 minutes. Add 2 cups leftover rice and stir-fry until heated through. Drizzle with chili-garlic sauce.
