  • 2 cups chopped celery
  • 1/2 cup chopped cucumber
  • 1/4 cup chopped parsley
  • 1/4 cup chopped green apple
  • 1/4 cup water
  • Vodka
  • Lime juice
  • Tabasco
  • 1 rib of celery
  • Cherry tomatoes

DIY Celery Salt

  • 1/3 cup celery leaves
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt


In a blender, puree chopped celery, chopped cucumber, chopped parsley, chopped green apple and water. Strain; add vodka, lime juice and Tabasco to taste. Garnish with DIY Celery Salt (Scatter celery leaves on a plate. Microwave 15 seconds; open the door and let cool 15 seconds. Repeat until leaves are dry, 2 minutes. Cool; crumble. Mix with kosher salt.), a rib of celery and cherry tomatoes.
