Greek Meatballs

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground lamb
- 1/2 cup bulgur wheat
- 1 egg, beaten
- 3 tablespoons tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon grated garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 3 tablespoons chopped mint
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
Preparation
Mix first 7 ingredients plus 2 tbsp. mint. Form 1-inch balls; broil until browned, 3 to 5 minutes. Mix yogurt with remaining mint for dipping.
