- 3 brownies
- 1 pint mint chocolate chip ice cream
- 6 tablespoons creme de menthe
- 1 cup heavy cream, whipped
- Chocolate shavings, for garnish
Crumble the brownies and divide among 4 martini glasses. Place 2 scoops of ice cream in each glass. Pour the creme de menthe over the ice cream, and top with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
