Grapefruit Sidecar

Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon grapefruit zest
- 1 cup fresh grapefruit juice
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 5 halved grapefruit slices
- 4 ounces cognac
- 3 ounces orange liqueur
- 3 cups ice
Preparation
On plate, mix zest and sugar. Rub 1 grapefruit slice around rims of 4 coupe glasses; dip rims in sugar to coat. In large shaker, combine grapefruit juice, cognac, orange liqueur and ice. Shake; strain into glasses. Garnish with remaining grapefruit slices.
