- 1/2 teaspoon finely chopped fresh basil, plus 1 sprig for garnishing
- 3/4 cup pink grapefruit juice
- 2 ounces gin
- 1/4 cup tonic water
- angostura bitters
Muddle basil in bottom of tall glass; add ice, grapefruit juice, gin and tonic. Stir, then top with a few drops bitters. Garnish with basil sprig.
