  • Preheat grill pan. In saucepan, boil 1 1/4 cups water and 1 tbsp. EVOO. Stir in everything except scallions. Cover; remove from heat. Brush scallions with remaining EVOO; season and grill. Chop; add to couscous. Serves 6.
