Goat Cheese Poppers


  • 2/3 cup sliced almonds, toasted and finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons finely chopped fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh chives
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 4 ounces goat cheese


In shallow dish, toss almonds, parsley, chives and lemon zest with 1/8 tsp. each salt and pepper. Roll cheese into 1-inch balls, then roll in nut mixture.
