  • 1/2 cup hoisin sauce
  • 1/4 cup (packed) brown sugar
  • 4 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 8 large chicken drumsticks


In large bowl, whisk hoisin, brown sugar and soy sauce; reserve 3 tbsp. for glaze. Whisk flour into remaining sauce. Toss with drumsticks; arrange on foil-lined baking sheet. Roast at 475 degrees until cooked through, 25 minutes. Brush with reserved glaze.
