Gingered Iceberg Salad

Ingredients
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup seasoned rice vinegar
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh ginger
- 2 tablespoons toasted sesame seeds
- 4 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 head iceberg, town into bite-size pieces
- 1 carrot, shaved
Preparation
In blender, mix mayonnaise, vinegar, ginger, sesame seeds, soy sauce and sugar; refrigerate. Divide lettuce, carrot and dressing among plates.
